Our Workshop

From raw seed to finished seam

We spin, weave, and sew every garment in our own facility, using exclusively 100% unblended natural fibers for absolute transparency.

The Loomstate Ethos

We reject global supply chain shortcuts to prove clothing can be entirely biodegradable, honest, and durable.

Every thread we use is grown from the soil. By keeping our manufacturing under one roof, we eliminate intermediate shipping and guarantee zero plastics.

The Three Stages

Honest loom-state creation

We control every step of production. From the raw fiber to the final stitch, our garments are crafted without synthetic blends or chemical softeners.

Spinning and weaving

We begin with raw flax, hemp, and organic cotton. Our vintage looms weave these unblended fibers into a heavy, honest weight fabric that retains its natural character.

Sewing and finishing

Every garment is cut and sewn in-house. We finish every seam with 100% natural cotton threads instead of polyester, ensuring the entire piece remains fully biodegradable.

Wear the honest weight

Experience the comfort of 100% pure, unblended natural fibers made transparently under our own roof.
